BRANDON B. ALBRIGHT, ESQ.
Brandon Albright is a Las Vegas trial attorney who brings experience, preparation, and genuine compassion to every personal injury case he handles. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Brandon understands the community he serves and takes pride in representing injured Nevadans during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Known for his strong courtroom presence and client-focused advocacy, Brandon has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyer and a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2024 and 2025.
Brandon’s practice focuses on helping injury victims pursue justice after serious accidents, including car crashes, catastrophic injuries, and other claims involving negligence. His approach is rooted in careful preparation, clear communication, and a willingness to fight when insurance companies refuse to treat injured clients fairly.
Brandon earned his bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts from Arizona State University in 2012, graduating summa cum laude. He went on to earn his law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV in 2016 and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada that same year. While in law school, Brandon was a member of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and earned top marks in Trial Advocacy and Advanced Legal Analysis: Law, Language, and Leadership.
After law school, Brandon served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Douglas Smith in the Eighth Judicial District Court, where he worked on both civil and criminal matters. That experience gave him valuable insight into courtroom procedure, judicial decision-making, and effective legal advocacy.
Brandon then spent six years as a prosecutor with the Clark County District Attorney’s Office, where he rose through the ranks from general litigation to the Domestic Violence Unit and ultimately to the Special Victims Unit, where he specialized in DNA sexual assault cold cases. During his time as a Chief Deputy District Attorney, Brandon tried dozens of cases to verdict and became highly skilled at presenting complex facts, evidence, and legal arguments to judges and juries.
Brandon’s transition from criminal prosecution to personal injury law was a natural one. Having spent years advocating for victims, he now uses that same trial experience, drive, and dedication to help people injured by negligence seek accountability, financial recovery, and peace of mind.
Outside the courtroom, Brandon enjoys life with his wife and three children. He and his wife are devoted Vegas Golden Knights fans. Brandon also enjoys concerts, snowboarding, playing guitar, and doing his best to avoid helping with homework. Brandon is fluent in Spanish.
